Even though I’m a cooking expert, I still love to see pictures of recipes before I prepare them for the first time. If you’re like me, you’ll be happy to see so many photos on this site—all in one place. They’re published here electronically rather than in Big Green Cookbook mostly because it’s environmentally friendlier to do so—no need for extra paper or ink! They’re the actual snapshots that I took myself during recipe testing. So please be kind; I’m a good cook, not a photographer. And since I’m not a photographer, I’d love your help!
Wanna see your own food photography here? Whether you’re an amateur or pro, take some photos when you prepare a Big Green Cookbook recipe.
Please send your best shot to info@biggreencookbook.com; write “Photo Submission” in the Subject line; and write the recipe name, the date the photograph was taken by you, your full name, and your Web site address (if available) in the Body of the e-mail. If my “big green” team loves it as much as you do, you’ll see your photo posted on the appropriate seasonal page along with your name and Web site address. I’ll be happy to retire any of my photos! Photos posted on this site will become the property of biggreencookbook.com.
